It's a great company to work for Chad Daniels is a good boss strict but good he could teach you a lot if you listen and learn

I had a 300 gallon water tank in the back of a pickup truck I made sure it was secured when leaving the facility up the hill going to the place where we was using it to work at the tanks League backwards on to the tailgate and slightly bent the tailgate it been to tailgate but did not break it where it would not shut again I was frustrated because the strap that was holding it I security before I left but it loosened up on the drive there

I believe the most stressful work day I ever had working for Wayne Dena builders was having to screw off a metal building absolutely by myself the roof in 90 degree to 100 degree temperature outside on top of that metal roof it was even hotter I had to do it all by myself while the other workers we're down below the other workers was too old to be out in that temperature but in the long run I finished the job myself and was very proud of screwing off the whole roof by myself even though it was frustrating to do it by myself

If a co-worker or customer got angry I would always speak to them Airsoft tone and be reasonable with him for what their frustration was about
