To get along well with customers. If it isn't too busy, (like if there's like one or two customers in line) try to start a short conversation with them. Compliment them. Make them feel at home. I know some customers can be assholes, if they are like that, just be nice enough to avoid getting punishment. And trust me, if you are serving enough customers at once, you will have a huge panic attack (or maybe that's just me). Use the words "sir" and "ma'am". Whenever you're serving customers, getting their food must be your top priority no matter what. Make sure that things are tidied up and clean. The dining room should look clean, and your customers should feel at home.

how to maintain meat on the grill at all times , how to have more patience with customers , be patient with my co workers too

I worked there 15 yrs my last 6 were horrible and overall dirty and ghetto

When one of my managers puts the hands on me grab me by the chest and threat me to fired me for no reason is 40 hours week and I was making 60 20 hours overtime working never been a problem for me but the disrespect

I see that something needs to be done and nobody is doing it, I DO IT. Even if it is just cleaning up after a potluck lunch or helping with a company party.

I loved all the training they gave
