When the hiring manager at Wendy's noticed my kindness for my customers and appreciated my respect for my job and noticed the one thing I was good at was talking to the customers good or bad situations

Didnt really learn nothing...i already had experience..the managers were rude and disrespectful to customers and employees.

They take advantage of all the young kids. They would put me on the schedule when I had school but then would complain even when I told them the hours I could work on school weeks. I would constantly have to take over mangers shifts bc they had no idea what they was doin and mind you I was 16 goin on 17 while this was happening

I wish we had atleast 2 breaks if working 7+ hours!

The customers mostly.. most are regular return all the time.. the company it's self is another story..I havebeen here 6 years and I make no more then a 17 yr old.. no bonuses no incentives.. they say there's a bonus but they have it so it's too hard to get.. not happy with company or owners

The choice to what I want to do

I really loved working at Wendy’s because of the family that they had created made me feel like I was apart of it, even if we had our differences we still came together to get things done. #foodservices #wendys

Nothing! The Wendy's that I worked at in Kissimmee, Florida was a joke. The management was very unprofessional. My uniform was stolen by another employee after the manager left it in the office for the shift Manager to give to me that was supposed to be my trainer. So I had to wait till the general manager to get there before I could even start my shift. The general manager wanted me trained on the drive thru register because I already had two years of training from working at a Wendy's in Oregon (which was an amazing place to work) but she wanted me to work with my register open the whole shift and several other employees taking money out of the register which I know is against everything that Wendy's teaches you. Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to work there. #florida
