There was no good reason I hated working there. The staff were rude the way they did things were crappy and the pay was horrible.
I really don't remember if anyone had an issue, I have always try to do my best to help anyone and to the customers I just wanted to maintain that good quality service to them. And for everyone to do their job and do it right while on the job, I would pick up that responsibility if someone didn't come in or we're late. But don't decide to come in after I had already did their job. Other than that you should talk to the management about any issue before making a decision and get their opinion on the issue. You are to work together and make decisions as a team. That's what I thought.
I loved the work schedule that I had the hours and was able to open in the mornings and get off before to late. The people that I worked with, I loved, The customers that came in were awesome, the area was great. Even thou, I traveled from Currie, it was okay. I worked everyday hard and did my job and more even thou I held the shift leaders title, I was doing the job that was required and more. I followed the rules on how things were to be done, But some didn't!! They did it their way, no matter what!!
I like meeting new people, I love to stay busy and when the rush times like lunch or dinner It keeps you on your toes because your so busy.
Really need an job eventhough I put my all until workinging there I don't feel that the employees should so hard for $8 an hour an no manager train NOBODY you have be experience so you won't have to be trained you're already know what position to do
