Great place to work for but need more hours or step up

What would you like with your whopper. Lol

I can remember my first day, I wasn't nervous. As a young man I would go to work with my dad on his truck thinking that we would get a chance to make some pocket money. That day made me realize that selling water melons was not for me. My first day at Wendy's was exciting and the chain of command was the key to my success. The best advice I would give to interested applicant is to be patient willing to learn by paying attention to detail. Always ask questions to answer that you don't know. Most important be a team player willing t o go the extra mile no matter what it takes, also become knowledgeable in all areas oft the position you were hired for t hat way you will always have the experience under your belt. Last keep a friendly smile.

I used to work for Wendy's in 2014- 2018. I was a cook /grill guy and part time sandwich maker only when needed. I worked their for 4 yrs. Tried to improve my way up to being crew leader and manager but eventually they skipped me over and another employee got the position. So I decided to move on to another franchise restaurant. #interview #application

I'm 16 and I would love to be apart of the franchise.

You can always turn off the public from seeing your social media. So, you don't have to worry about it.

Because I feel like it will be a good job

It’s a job I can enjoy and become apart of the crew member !

To work with and to enjoy the help given

#wendys is the best . Join our crew

Did you ever work somewhere that had training videos for your job? I just found this classic from Wendy's titled "Grill Skills" from the 1990's.

Wendy's is the best job I have ever had
I am sure they do. I did when I was hiring people. For this matter I do not have Social Medial what so ever.
