It was most days because you were by yourself most of your shift trying to keep food cooked and out on the bar.hard to be in 2 places at one time.

Let me say you do learn from mistakes. Forgot to place food order.lolbut we have a great food co. And they let me order by phone

I listened to them and explained very calmly what the rules were and that it was not to get at them but to make it safe for every one

I was one of the first people customers seen, I ran the register and took orders, I was a shift leader and made sure all front work was done properly before front employees went home. I was on the catering crew, helped set up and serve food and helped with clean up. I started a prize give away drawing for customers once a month. I was a sub manager when one of the managers needed off. Enjoyed my job and went in any time I was asked to and worked as long as I was needed

On a Sunday. We had already been going in with the business, meaning a lot of people we there to Munch. As this was going on a charter bus pulls in and I am new and get 4 bus pans behind.
