Turning into JUST another big corporation! 16 years of service, and not even a handshake or goodbye from manager, dept manager after years of my blood sweat and tears(literally). When Bill Long left, he took with him the quality of appreciation for the employees and the ones who helped make the company what it is. My advice is to anyone considering to work here, don't waste your time because the dollar value and treatment is sub par in return, trust me!! I don't regret quitting and would NEVER work for Winco again!!
