It's a great opportunity if you like working graveyard, they give you lots of overtime almost everyday and the pay was great if you could handle stress from the busy work just know that you have to go at a certain Pace or they can send you home early so if you have the drive to push yourself hard on harder each day you'll love the job.

Having a pallet fall over that was filled with products because the people that built the pallet made it crooked and there was no way around it, it happens all the time with others but it was easier to prevent play running to the side and just holding a pallet and waiting for help so it wouldn't damage any product, they would wrap the products that were on the palate but when they were crooked it would cause an unbalanced so at times they would just wobble back and forth and you would have to go as slow as possible with the electric jack. It happened with everybody at one point even a forklift drivers.

Being told you're not going fast enough and getting sent home early, as a new employee they have a high expectation so it takes some time to get up to the hundred and 20 - 150 case count per hour, being motivated to push yourself harder and to strive eliminated any stressful moments so I can't say any thing more about stressful situations because it was just not going fast enough it happened with everybody even our best employees would get sent home for not going fast enough and a lot of times it's personal issues that are causing you to feel depressed so you don't push yourself like you should and the managers didn't care at the time because there would be really big loads and all they cared about was speed and efficiency but once we learned our job and knew what to avoid it helped us all from ever being sent home for not going fast enough and it helped great because it was motivation even being sent home for not going fast enough motivated you for the rest of your career at WinCo because you know what not to do but at times it's hard to throw a certain case count on Iles that you're not as familiar with as your best isles that you know by heart

Getting sent home early because you're not throwing a hundred and 20 cases per hour, but it just motivated us the next day to push ourselves harder and just shine, a lot of people got sent home for not going fast enough but it was good motivation to help with the next day and so on.

Nothing really worst case was being pulled to the office and having to explain the situation and just let them know that it was a misunderstanding. But employees at WinCo always get angry with one another because it's a stressful job,. But we always worked it out and you never had real drama or issues because it was just like a big family we have our ups and downs and they understand that. If somebody had a problem the next day it was like nothing ever happened because they just know how stressful the job can be.

Helping customers and stocking shelves and working as fast as possible because the expectations are high and it felt like working out at the gym by pushing yourself harder and harder each day and I enjoyed that. And also the co-workers felt like family.

I had the most fun @ #Wincofoods when i went to L A areaand joined a few of my fellow drivers on the return trip.

I was a delivery driver, got along good with the store personnel which made my job easy and fun.
