#mythoughts. #jobsearch don't work at ellet wingstop

The general manager, she became like the mother figure I looked up to that I grew up not having. Most coworkers became like family not just coworkers or friends but family. I also felt bad and would over work myself to try and make her not over work herself but as it was all coming to an end it just doesn’t feel right to stay no more. Coworkers will always bring drama. But for the first year and some months it was the best time I’ve ever had. I’ve had a great and bad experience all within 2 years at my first job. My advice for anyone would be don’t get TOO comfortable with everyone and everything at your job. Don’t over work yourself just because “you feel bad” . Don’t get me wrong I love and adore my manager but I don’t get paid enough to deal with all the drama. Nor do I get paid enough to work more and better then the newer people. I get paid the same or less. I work to hard for nothing really. So I’m just done.

Just more hours. Management is fair, at least at the College St location. If Labor is high, I understand. That is a concern anywhere in this economy.

I love it at Wingstop. I just wish I had more hours. There is no drama.

I loved the job, the job itself is set up for you to succeed, most stores and locations seem to be only new buildings which makes cleanups a snap. Your only true concern is paying attention to the oil and staying in schedule with the filtering to keep your food always tasting the same.

I walked away and let another one of my coworkers handle it

We were like family, team work

The one on gosford road is messy and they show favoritism towards certain employers they let the managers higher there mate before the ppl who did the job application

TAKE A REAL GOOD LOOK AT THE CREW YOU ARE GOING TO BE WORKING WITH. WINGSTOP HIRES URBANITES WHO ARE NOT CIVIL
