Be the next to follow.

Because sometimes you need a reminder:
• Live beneath your means; • Return everything you borrow; • Stop blaming other people; • Admit when you make a mistake; • Donate old clothing to charity; • Pay it forward at least once a day; • Listen more, talk less; • Strive for excellence, not perfection; • Be on time. No excuses; • Organize (or Reorganize) yourself; • Take time for yourself; • Cultivate good manners; • Be humble; • Realize and accept that life isn't fair; • Know when to maintain silence; • Learn from the past. Plan for the future; • Live in the present; • Don't sweat the small stuff. It's all small stuff;

Never give up in getting a job, and remember "time is money"

I was out of work for 2 years, my mother passed away with cancer, and it took me along time to get over that. I really never got over her death and then I got really sick myself, and then we had grandchildren that was placed with us through Child Protective Services. With my gap, I would always, put down the reason for the gap, was personal reason, because you don't have to disclose the reason why. I have not once had anybody question that. Just an FYI

We all are responsible for our personal growth in life and I have learned that by taking care of yourself first has helped me in some aspects of my life. Their are times when I want to just quit but, I realize, that is not a choice to take. If your in a bad situation or need advice, find that other job first before leaving the unhappy place.

It's tough being a female in a field that predominantly is run by men. You either get the utmost respect, or you struggle to get the recognition you deserve. My advice? Stay strong and professional, walk tall wroth your head high, because you are an AMAZING breed of workforce!

I finally start a new job next Monday. This will be one year and one week since I was laid off from my old dream job. Looking forward to my new adventure.
I am saying a prayer to all of you for a new job. Don't give up. Don't roll over and go back to sleep. Searching is hard, I know. Once you get the new job you will be a better employee and a better person for all the experience of your hard work.
Take care everyone and I truly wish you nothing but the absolute best!

Who am I to reopen a door that God has already closed.By my own will and strong desire to work again, I almost went through a training I already completed 20 years old.God will open a new door for me . ,I just have to have faith and wait. and not settle for less than I deserve.

Like David and Goliath, be that SLINGSHOT to get that JOB! Shoot them right in the eyes with a dazzling smile, and TOTAL CONFIDENCE!

Hi Angela, you health comes first! if a job is stressing you. Quit it and find a less stressing job. I got sick by wanting to succeed . well now I finaly realized that even with a well paying job if I am not healthy, what will the money buy me?

1st. You need to choose a path in life. Stay focused at all means necessary even if that means letting go of people going no where. Make a decision of determination see it through. Pray about it. Ask God what's your purpose in life. Choose a career and stop at nothing until you meet your goals. It's not going to be easy but as long as your determined you'll succeed. Good luck 22
