Hi Guys/Gals, I have read a few post today and in a few instances, I got the impression that there are some people who feel that this is an absolute way to find a solution to the situation that they are facing.I for one find that writing and answering these post helps me to get past the things that I am experiencing. This is not a professional report or any form of an absolute answer to any problem that is addressed or posted. We will still have to struggle and fight to gain the ground necessary for us to stand strong and independent. I find this forum therapeutic in a sense that I can clear up the doubt and strengthen my confidence going forward. I don't take every answer as an automatic "push the button" fix. It just feels better to me when I can see other viewpoints to resolving issues that I am having problems resolving on my own. Not every post applies to me, but every post gives me ideas on how to better deal with my issues. In other instances, I am offering ideas that may or may not be useful. It's totally up you "the reader" to choose or not choose the suggestions offered. I wish everybody the best in their endeavors.

The waiting and worrying are the worst. I know exactly how you feel when you have nothing and noone to ask for help. Keep looking hopefully something will present itself. A lot of technical and warehouse companies are hiring. You can also try Career Builder or Monster.com. There are jobs out there. Keep believing and believe in yourself. Good luck I hope you find something you love.

Guys a lot of us have been loyal employees for one company or another and have never taken a day off n any kind of trouble, but find ourselves in the need for better or more employment. Let's all agree we are the majority and the company is the business. We are in the business of being there doing a great job and keeping the bosses happy. The business is there as a service to make money on the backs of the majority. Once the money made and there is a better opportunity somewhere else, the business is gone. While we are still the minority. Being optimistic you could say, they are providing jobs somewhere for somebody else, while the pessimist will say my job is diminished or gone. When in reality, the job is the only true survivor regardless of which minority it uses to be successful. Don't get so comfortable at your job that you believe it will not change either for good or bad. The best thing to do is get as much out of it as you can while you are there, put up for a rainy day and keep it moving.

Hi Guy/ and Girls, Most of the time that I have posted, I did it in response to things that we've all experienced and or experiencing. Today I'm going to reach down deep and talk about what type of things have created our way of being and what type of things make us react and respond to our current situations. We've all been inspired by things that we encountered at some point in our lives, and those things give us guides we use in our daily lives to make decisions when we encounter situations that have to be dealt with. There are some things that lead us to react smartly (family leaders, counselors, environmental issues) and there are some things we just do. I think if each one of us were to go back to when the first influence occurred and compare it to how we are currently living. We'll see that is where everything started, and we'll be able to identify why we do, reply, respond, and react to the way things are in our lives right now. I was inspired by my Aunt who set the goals aspirations and qualities in place for me, and it is this that drives me to always want to help others or offer advice or do what I do here. I'm sure we all have someone (s) who had the same impact on us. Use that as a springboard to launch you into the direction that you are trying to go to. don't use the negative things you have experienced to hold you from pursuing your goals. And as that inspirational person pushes you forward, you pass on what you were inspired to the next person that needs help. While time will take and give something from all of us, that inspiration will always be alive inside of everyone we pass it on to. Let's not let our lessons disappear into our past, but live in our future.

When we are looking for a job, it can be frustrating. We are used to a schedule, striving to be our best. In my case, a lay off due to admin heavy for the sales produced, due to winter. People don't want to move in the snow and ice so winters slow way down in my industry. However, we need to stay motivated and realize our values. I have my down days as I am a worker and efficient in what I do. Sending everyone a little bit of hope. We have this... nobody said life was always easy. When we get our specific jobs, it is going to make us twice as thankful. Keep your chins up and a smile on your face... you never know who you will run into... perhaps your next boss.
