Everyday was a bad day for me at Waynes Farm because when I was working there I developed Carpel Tunnel and I was trying to reach out to my supervisor about the pain I was going through but it was like I was talking to a brick wall. So yes everyday was a bad day for me at Waynes Farm.

Me and my boyfriend worked there for 3 days and the whole time we worked there we got yelled at because we didnt do something right. But we were training. I wasnt allowed to go to the bathroom . i wasnt allowed to help him with something even though i was done with what i had to do. And he was slowing down the assembly line. I got called the b word multiply times by other workers. I got told to suck it up. I would not refer anyone to kik custom products.

Believing my coworkers need me.

I have been working for Taco Casa for upwards of a year and the turnover rate is quite high so I'm one of the more experienced workers. We get pretty hectic and I have to run around making sure the new employees understand what to do and help them with tasks they may be struggling with. I may get frustrated with them sometimes but they were hired because the boss saw potential in them, so I do my best to guide them in the right direction.

Much of our night shift is high school students who can't close legally, so I close most nights. I make sure everything gets done even after the other closers walk out early (unfortunately it happens more often than not) and help the manager double check everything.

So to close this accidental essay I just wrote (my bad y'all..) I am motivated by being helpful. Sometimes I like to take charge when it's needed, and sometimes I don't want to do anything at all. But if I'm able to make my coworkers jobs a little easier, I believe I've done my job.

Woring by my self was the best way to stay positive while working at miami university. I did work well with others, but there was much gossip and others did not like that I rarely asked others for help, unless I needed help to not injure myself. When you are the person doing the work, you know what has been taken care of! Unless you have solid work relations with your co-worker and trust is not an issue. You can only assume and we know where that leads.
