I didn't necessarily love working there. It was a steady solid income which provided for my family. Plenty of hours, but pay wasnt the greatest.

I hate how the managers play favorites with employees by letting them do what ever tbe Letting them do what ever they want while there at work like doing drugs on the clock and letting them come and go without doing all there work

Waffle House is a good company to work for, and that's why I am still there. The crew is like family and we work well together. It's fun, and the management team tries to make accommodation if there's any issues such as transportation... I am very happy to be apart of the Waffle House family.

I love working at Waffle House because I love the service of it all. Being able to meet new people and making them happy. I get great pleasure from my customers feedback. I also love the opportunities afforded to me by Waffle House.

Everyone that worked there was family. If we had issues, we got together and talked them out.
