Maintain high standards of: work ethics practice, communication and respect within the workplace including workplace culture, and dependability for yourself no matter where you go - do not stay where those standards aren’t met or where management isn’t open to having a conversation about them if they aren’t.

Know your worth, stay humble yet confident, and find joy throughout each day. #jobsearch #wordsofadvice #standards #workethic #respect #showup

How many people 1-10 have old school work ethic? Meaning, it’s all about the CLIENT, MEMBER OR CONSUMER?

Employer’s are just hiring anyone that basically applies for a position that might be qualified on paper. But, when it comes to actually doing the work…..People are incredibly lazy, with no work ethic but just showing up and getting paid……..Employers are offering $$$ sign on bonus. But the employees that are have been with companies through out this pandemic are under paid

It was fulfilling and constantly challenging position. I was asked to do certain tasks that soon turned into much more and allowed me to grow as a person and as an employee. I was able to accomplish accolades that represented the hard work I put into it.

Everything. From my co-workers and management and guests to the product, atmosphere, pay, and positions. I enjoyed this job more than any this far. The owner is wonderful. She loves taking care of her employees, providing a fun place to be, for bothe staff and guests, she takes an interest in the success of the company as a team, invites variety, implements strong work ethics, educates on the field of business, and helps instill a sense of pride and belonging. I miss working here and just may try to show up someday in the future. Some of the same staff has been there for many years and always welcomed me back. I couldn't have asked for a better work experience!
