Is anyone else having luck with temp agencies? I’m a heating and air guy by trade, but times are tough for a 21 year old on his own. Can’t seem to land a job in my field, so i’ve been doing this temp agency run around. Just to be put at places, that didn’t need or want help to begin with. I’ve been with my current agency since December of last year, and have currently worked at 3 different locations. I come to work on time and prepared, but it seems as though hard-working people just aren’t appreciated anymore.. I would love to hear what the Jobcase Community’s thoughts are on this!

I'm having trouble getting a good job because I'm also a felon Ceason Hardy. I'm very motivated and an extreme hard worker. I just need someone local who will give me a chance. I want to continue bettering myself. I'm in NC also.

I love to create things or experiences, either for someone or as a group. I may be older than most here in age, but not in my ability to learn, train, teach, and be a part of the team. My days of management may be over, but, my skills of helping others be their best and seeing them bloom into great employees are not gone. I give my best at everything I do from a braid to a barn. Yes I’ve cleaned barns, taken care of horses, worked in tanning salons, hair salons, fast food, private clubs, private dining, parts supply shops. You name it, I’ve probably done it if it involves small towns and country life. I’ve lived I. Cities but I grew up in the rural setting outside of a really small town. That was way before cell phones, cable tv and computers. Way back when you learned how to get along with your neighbors or fix the conflict over either a pig feed with all the neighbors or go to town to the only beer joint in town and talk it over, after chores. A gift I take with me for life.
