I just have another question. Also, I previously worked for the State of Florida and was terminated because someone raised an allegation against me due to violation of rules and regulations. If the interviewer asks me what violation was done, how should I respond? Although it was for accepting a gift from a customer (flowers) after being there for 21 years. I'm sure they already know and may want to see how I respond.
Communication is very important skill to use when used properly. The many years of employment is rewarded work related matters among team members. A small gift should be accepted because of employee loyalty and attitude of work. I always practice learning new skills not because of a pay check but to be an asset to improve work related issues. The goals always reaches high percentages and performance. A well-balanced workplace is great satisfaction and improvements.
