Then your time sheet should show that you are not late. Get a lawyer and sue her ass for harrassment and if possible discrimination.

I work for an HR company. Employees of the company work mainly at the computer. The traffic of our office shows that these are not always sites to work with. Can the company monitor the computers of employees to find out what sites they visit ? will it be legal?

So I left my 14 year career back in November 2019. The company was dissolving my position and wasn't putting time or effort into keeping me around. My family is supporting me temporarily. Since then I have been on the job hunt. I have had about 10 or so interviews. I have had two jobs that were not a fit various reasons. Pay and duty miscommunications. My most recent job of a week ago was in the same industry I was in for 14 years. Everything felt perfect. My own desk, decent pay, third floor surround view of the countryside and Monday through Friday 7-4. Well on my second day I witnessed fraud at the hands of my trainer. Upon taking my concern to management they were not concerned and even condoned it. I saw the future in a blink of an eye and I realized that this was something I would be pressured into doing if I was to stick around. If the top brass of the business were ok with fraud then I was not going to stick around as that is not who I am. My message to anybody else getting into a new job is to keep your eyes open. Ensure you are aware of what is happening and what your are subjecting yourself to. I know this is another temporary segment of unemployment for me but I know I will find the right job. Sometimes standing up for whats right can literally make you quit your job.
