Do you enjoy working with Public or in a Private Sector? For me I enjoy working with the Public because of the rewards of it. Each day, I never know who I am going to meet when providing services to their homes or business. The rewards of meeting new people each day allows me to educate myself. As a small business owner, my day starts with arriving at a strangers door and identifying myself as the technician who will resolve their issues. For the most part seeing the smiles on their face after resolving their issues is the most satisfying feeling. From small to large jobs, you only have a brief description of what is happening at their home or business before arriving. After the introduction it’s time to get to work. Once the job is complete, we show the customer the results and watch them smile and thank you. This is the best part of it for me. When I asked my employees the same questions they agreed that’s why they enjoy the job. How about you? #workquestions #question

Recently, while working at a house I couldn’t help but listen as the daughter was telling her parents how she enjoys her job. But her co-workers hate it. So I thought I Post this Question to the Community. #jobs #workquestions

Yeah I had but it's all about the context and your goal at the moment. I used to work in a tiny startup and everyone around me was very young. Things get chaotic and the turnover was high. However I was pretty clear what I was trying to gain out of that experience so I enjoyed the learning process and challenges. It was not the case for my peers as they all moved on to look for better fits.
