A #stressful #RoaringBrookCampground-Ye'OldeCountryKitchen day

The most stressful day would have to be during the summer of 2018. First a little background so the story makes sense. The kitchen part of the restaurant is better described as the back of a bar than an actual kitchen, it is a very small and tight space. Every summer we have one Friday night where we have a Prime Rib dinner with the fixings. Unlike all other dinners, this one is by reservation only due to the popularity of it. It is always a very chaotic day, but this one was complicated by the fact that the oven decided to die earlier in the day when we went to start cooking the Prime Rib. Luckily there is a rev hall with a a kitchen right next door that we are able to use so we quickly stuck the food in the oven in that kitchen. But this meant we had to run back and forth each time we needed a new rib to cut. If this was enough the oven repair man finally showed up right in the middle of the dinner service and was laying on the floor in front of the oven trying to fix it. So we spent the entire time carefully stepping over the repair man anytime we had to go from one side of the kitchen to the other. It was definitely comical to those watching and after the fact to us working, but while it was happening it was very stressful.

Well I can't say it was a great experience, I hauled oilfield divers to catch their boat out the rigs in the gulf. I had to break a fight between two divers when we stopped for a snack. Of course on the way back i sometimes put up with their less than nice demeanor. It was a pretty stressful atmosphere sometimes.

Had a bit of a set back yesterday. I somehow stumbled backwards while moping my vanity area. That metal piece that separates the carpet from the tile got me good. Now I have this huge hole in the heel of my foot. Yesterday I was feeling some type of way and was like why my foot again. 2 years ago I found out I had Arthritis in that same foot. It hurts so bad when inflammation kicks in but I'm determined, nothing like this is going to win,I'm the winner, I will adjust and I did. I can either sit around and cry about the fact that I can't walk right now or I can get my bottom back into gear and do what needs to be done. I don't give up that easily and sure don't give up over a small setback like that. My baby girl is watching me, I'm suppose to be an example for her, she looks up to me, she depends on me to take care of her, to love her,to nurture her and to teach her. Teaching her to sit around and cry about a little set back is not what I want to teach her, determination on the other hand is what I need to instill in her. so today I'm up early doing what I have to do to make it happen so she can see that no matter the situation rather negative or positive, I'm still suppose to do what I have to do to make it in this world.

Took care of a gentlemen with a head injury. Helped him shower, cook, clean, do laundry. But I love spending time with people. 33 years. I've delt with all sorts of people with disabilities. I take pleasure in assisting them to become more independent. And I enjoy helping the elderly with all there needs.

I work for an HR company. Employees of the company work mainly at the computer. The traffic of our office shows that these are not always sites to work with. Can the company monitor the computers of employees to find out what sites they visit ? will it be legal?

As a Toll and Safety Supervisor issues with disgruntled customer are escalated to me. One example is vehicle class discrepancy , This is normal handle by explaining to the customer that vehicle has to be processed as detected by the system. This help them to understand how the system works and reassure them that they are not been cheated .

What I loved about Sprint were the willingness of the Engineering and Legal departments to discuss the how, when, where regarding the elements of any proposal and how to avoid any material issues that can confuse the prospective contacts or approaches to selling the contract and/or proposals. I also loved the willingness of the Department of the Army
to listen to potential problems in their stated project. I had a two starred General search me out to thank me for my perspective and suggestions for a new mobile Communications unit they were needed.

There was more to love about Sprint and my experiences than the politics I disliked.

I loved it because I owned it. I was able to access people in the hills, coffee plantations, wineries. and give them a place to display and sell their wares. I provisioned big ships in the Marina in P.V. If it was food, flowers, staff, I was able to draw from all my local contacts to solve everyone's needs.
