Do NOT work at Zerox/Conduent or whatever they call themselves now. They will let someone go over medical situations that are covered by FHMLA and standard federal and state medical complianced as well as the company has changed hands in four years.

Drama at #Xerox/Conduent

I don't recall anyone being angry with me, I got along great with coworkers, and a caller may have been angry but when they realized I was on their team to help them then there was no problem

I liked the people I worked with, there was a wide variety of ages and places that they were from.

My #Xerox/Conduent advice

This was a terrible place to work. The manager were very good, with one notable exception, but the horrible support, low pay, and continuous barrage of angry customers takes it's toll. 1/3 of the managers quit within a 1 week time frame and that is never a good sign. They said they were working on improving things, but they were saying that the entire time I worked there (1 1/2 years) and things didn't improve much at all.

I was trained by Xerox several years ago and became a business service technician. Even though I was laid off due to the economy and my company folding, I wouldn't mind working for them again.
