Taking the kids to the field on a really hot day and creating games for them to play.a few of them went "running" inside at transition stating they felt faint while outside.but didnt tell me anything while they played.

When i had a parent talk down to a kid that his daughter didnt get along with.i had to maintain a good composure and all i wanted to do was tell him his kid was no angel and he shouldn't put blame blame on other kids.it was 10 word but they hurt the kids feelings.
