I have worked in Retail all my adult years. I am a people person. Very willing to listen to the members at the YMCA, what their goals are, what they are looking for, and encouraging them!

When I took over the silver and fit exercise class. The ladies in that class were so welcoming and even told me that Iwas taking to easy on them. Lol

Be enthusiastic, energetic, but most of all be yourself. Tell the hiring manager why you would be a great asset for the YMCA and the members.

Sorry I’m just now seeing this. When I interviewed it was my first time And I was very nervous. You should be confident, straight forward, and enthusiastic. Also show them why they should hire you and what you will bring to them. I Hope this helped. GOOD LUCK!

I have worked In the early childcare field for over 40 years, I have always wanted to work with seniors, after working with seniors at the ymca and also taking care of my parents, who have suffered with health issues. I will and can help, to make a difference in their lives!

The best part about working at the YMCA is getting to know some of the members and talking with them. It feels good when they thank you for doing such a good job with your duties and keeping the place well maintained and comfortable. It's refreshing to hear and gives you encouragement throughout the days or weeks. Can't forget the staff also ! It makes a huge difference in the people you work with and for.. Believe me. #Influenced #wordsofadvice #motivation #management

The multitude of people from all walks of life were a daily positive…especially the kids :). Best though, the great co-workers!

I did like working for them . But I find out that this company sucks. They are a very dishonest place to work. They tell you what you want to hear so you will work for them. Never again.
