What to do if you get in an accident with a semi-truck
Being that a semi-truck hit me on Friday, I thought this video would be a good share wether you’re a truck driver or not. There’s a lot to process when this happens so it’s best to remain calm and collective if you’re not seriously injured.

Yesterday I was driving from the county recorder’s office and on my way to go take a drug screen for a new job offer I had received on Thursday and a semi-truck hit me. The truck driver failed to use his mirrors and decided to change lanes. His front tire hit my driver’s side door digging his lug nuts all the way to my back door. His response was “Sorry” and laughed. I filed my claim with my insurance and retained an attorney the same day.
If you ever get in accident be sure to call the police, exchange information, get a statement, take pictures, file a claim with your insurance and an attorney. My Mercedes is pretty messed up and I have back pain, but it could have been worse. As a truck driver myself, there are blind spots everywhere so always keep your head on a swivel when you’re driving next to semi trucks. He could have avoided this accident by using his mirrors that are on the hood. All in all my Mercedes can be replaced and I’m alive so I’m in good spirits.
I finally got the job. Two weeks in I got hit by a semi in my work truck. Went from 15/hr to 8.15/hr. I'm so depressed. I have two kids and no money till I get released or get a settlement from the accident.
I had to mix( reconstitute) an acne cream for a patient. There was only powder to mix into the cream which I did, my Pharmacist asked if I added water to the mixture (which will activate the ingredients) . The mistake was caught before the medication was sold to the patient
I cannot remember an accident at Wake Med Raleigh, but I do remember driving HOME 'from' Wake Med in a snow storm and passing a dozen or more motor vehicle accidents!
I wa sexually harassed, physically abused, sexually assaulted, and they don't care if you are not to small for the job, no ergonomics at all! And if you complain, they put you on a harder job. Sexual harassment, is NOT takin seriously! If you don't dirty your knees ar brown nose your boss, you get treated SO bad! They were only interested in my sexual harassment until other people were coming forward until other women were! They don't care! Your ZERO policy is a joke! I now have scoliosis, colitis, from nerves, and migraines, high blood pressure, and pinched nerves in my neck. If I knew what I know now what I know now, the job is not worth it! For any amount of money!
The worst accident that happened while working at Bristol Industries was when one of our Co-workers past away while up in his office. The CAM group which is our investment parent company didn't put into place any safety regulations which unfortunately Bob paid with his life. Coming from a much larger company, I had always wondered why not more emphasis on safety was taken seriously, in-fact to this day I don't think that they have an adequate "Lock-out, Tag-Out" program.
