I was harassed & assaulted at my job. It took every bit of strength I had to stand up against a highly connected manager with control of my career. I have been fighting for my life since with the company not supporting me but standing behind him. I have proof & witnesses. They have continued his pay till retirement. His best friend in charge of my pay, used my leave instead of COP. Im incapacitated & they stopped paying me for my birthday/end of month when everything is due. Im not the first, im not the last. I’d love to see it change, I moved up and tried. This is an epidemic. You report, you’re shut up and the abuser is defended or moved.
