I was harassed & assaulted at my job. It took every bit of strength I had to stand up against a highly connected manager with control of my career. I have been fighting for my life since with the company not supporting me but standing behind him. I have proof & witnesses. They have continued his pay till retirement. His best friend in charge of my pay, used my leave instead of COP. Im incapacitated & they stopped paying me for my birthday/end of month when everything is due. Im not the first, im not the last. I’d love to see it change, I moved up and tried. This is an epidemic. You report, you’re shut up and the abuser is defended or moved. Hello everyone, I’m working at this place where everyday my supervisor is harrasing me. All the time is telling that he is going to fire me and that I’m not a good worker. Due the short time we have for lunch( 1/2 hr), My mom or my sister bring me the lunch. Now this guy is saying that he wants my mom and my sister. The first time I didn’t pay attention to him but now he continues doing every moment, asking for my mom and my sister saying that they are good for him and that he can be my father.I already told him to stop with his comments and he is not doing it. I’m about to kick his ass! Any advice? I don’t want to lose my job but this harrasment is affecting me emotional and psicologically #harrassment

This is a very hard place to work. There is no communication between co-workers. There is tons of judgement and discrimination. My life has been threatened twice and I have had to get a stocking order against another employee. I am expected to do a job of 3 people and I am only I person in my department. #stressful #toxicworkenviroment #harrassment

So excited that I just began my new job, except for the fact that a coworker made sexual comments towards me ON DAY 1! I feel so uncomfortable. I don't know whether he was joking or not, but regardless that is wrong! Really want to keep my job, but not sure how to deal with this. Please advise, thank you!

Harassing jokes and comments from day 1 and I’m fed up! I don’t want to report him to HR until I speak to him first. This is an uncomfortable conversation and I can use some tips on how to get this done.
