ATT NEEDS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I love what I do!

My career at AT@T was wonderful except for the last 8 years. Started out as a stenographer. Moved to service rep. Was top in sales. Department closed. At that time I only had 27 years. After that was horrible. Racial discrimination. Could not take it anymore

Loved every minute in engineering. Got a late start with my degree and didn’t achieve one until I was 30. They took a chance on me and it worked out awesome for both I feel. Wonderful people in Chicago and from what I’ve seen every where else. Can’t say enough about AT&T!

AT&T taught me the value of teamwork. Professionally speaking there is not much better than than working with a group toward one purpose and achieving, actually exceeding the desired goal. That is what we did daily at AT&T.

No great questions just need to get back to normalcy.

Wayyyyy back in the 70's....

When coaching an employee, always start with a personal talk, then coach, followed by another personal talk. #wordsofadvice #management
