The biggest mistake I made as a #AutomotiveTechnician at #Dreamcar ..when the boss promoted me as a leadman..

When our boss give me the leadman position i really feel the deffeculteis in my job because i never stop working even break time

It's ok, but the issue is that I have a lot of people, customers after me, in that way the only thing I need... Are my tools, technical preparation that I have and my truck, except on winter time it's not the same because I feel very uncomfortable working repairing cars outdoors

Doing several car's problems diagnosis and informing every owner about it without collecting or charging anything, so some of them made the repair by themselves or went to other cheaper or humble place, etc

They are as un professional on repairing automobiles as the name Preferred Chrysler would make you believe... They argue wit sales men on repairing lot vehicles.. the sales men determine how the the repairs is done.. In any other dealership On newer cars with damaged bodyparts 99% of the time a new part is ordered which makes the repair fast and easy, not the case at this place.. the sales men determine how the repair is done not the body shop manager..YOU CAN SPEND DAYS TRYING TO PULL A DENT ON A SECTION OF CAR THATS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ONLY BECAUSE THE SALES MEN DIDNT WANNA REPLACE THE DAMAGED SECTION WITH NEWER PARTS.. SO THAT LEAVES THE TECH IN A VERY HARD SPOT.. THAT SPOT AND THE SALES MEN MISS DECISIONS COST ME A JOB AND DAMAGED MY REPUTATION AS A GOOD TECH...
