In any other dealership On newer cars with damaged bodyparts 99% of the time a new part is ordered which makes the repair fast and easy, not the case at this place.. the sales men determine how the repair is done not the body shop manager..YOU CAN SPEND DAYS TRYING TO PULL A DENT ON A SECTION OF CAR THATS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ONLY BECAUSE THE SALES MEN DIDNT WANNA REPLACE THE DAMAGED SECTION WITH NEWER PARTS.. SO THAT LEAVES THE TECH IN A VERY HARD SPOT.. THAT SPOT AND THE SALES MEN MISS DECISIONS COST ME A JOB AND DAMAGED MY REPUTATION AS A GOOD TECH...

He got angry because I was a new guy that came from one of the best well known hot rod muscle car customizing shops in michigan and I didnt like his 1970 chevelle .. he heard about my opinion and thats when he started not wanting to assist me in gaining the knowledge on certain repairs.. he watched me make missteps and never came over to help like most lead techs do at shops pr dealer ships..
