Stay to yourself, people are there for a check and nothing else. Flat rate system pits techs against eachother and makes service writers favor certain techs for work.

Be prepare to move your tool box every 3 to 4 months there are 44 lifts. yearly rises 30 cents fi your lucky favoritism and corruption. outsides will have hard time there, unless you become there drinking pals. skip this job. or find out the hard way like I did...

If you are interested in working for Mark haul your butt down there and talk to him. Honesty is his biggest policy and if the job is offered to you believe me you will not regret it. If you make it down there good luck.

I think the biggest mistake in my opinion was while i was installing some tires on a vehicle after it left a couple wheels came loose. I work fast when i am doing tires and let it go without torqueing the wheels. Mark, the kind of guy his is, he had talk with me of course but the main thing he stressed about to me was " Slow Down " a little.

Misdiagnosis of the problem , as with any shop diagnosing the problem correctly the first time is key . I have had my share of problems , sometimes it's me and other times the lack of good information can be the cause.
