I supported collections, customer services, fraud, and projects, as well as the card data capture and creation. I quit when I found out they hired new people off the street and paid them significantly more than I was making. They have me an 18% raise and it was still less than what they paid the new guys. So I left.

B of A has been a great place to work. Pretty much everyone has been pleasant. If a mistake is made you fix it and move on. They try to provide a good working atmosphere and appear to really be concerned about employees. I wish I was one - I am a contractor. #workfromhome

I let them know what department i was in and i listened. If i could not help them, i would contact a manager for them or escalate the problem to the proper department.

After being out of work for over a year, with about a 3 month gap of temp work! I finally landed a permanent position with Bank of America right up the block from my house! God is so good. There were fines where I wondered and questions, cried and was depressed. But I kept praying. I know it’s so hard to hear when you’re in it but it does it get better and your job is coming! This group had helped me so much and i pray I can do the same for someone else, especially today! Merry Christmas everyone!

Although it's a bigger corporation I enjoy being apart of Bank of America because I get to be myself and they feel like family. I love to talk to folks and I get to do that all day long as a teller. Plus the benefits are good.
