
I remember plugging away at upgrading each workstation as systematically and efficiently as I could even though the most recent addition to the team at that location was more interested in talking with the lead technician.
Knowing that we would be working late into the night otherwise, that me and the lead technician had a long drive back home after the job was done, I made a pretty big dent in most all of the tasks at hand. I practically upgraded most all of the counter workstations myself. I do believe that I did so to some surprise of my lead technician. I think he was relieved that someone was actually doing some work to get the location done within good time on his last day.

Being there to help people from all works of life met their financial needs and walking out feeling confidence and sure of what to do next.



It was a job that I was trained for. Was never stressful.

Worked out new payment terms that allowed them to stay in business.
