If you're working in retail this black Friday along with me you're awesome and basically a hero. This article proves it!! https://www.buzzfeed.com/jamiejones/the-customer-is-wrong I know tons of ppl that avoid working on black Friday because they hate the craziness BUT is it weird that I like??? I like the business and seeing all the customers buying their xmas gifts for their families. I also like helping people 2 so that might be why. I know it's going to be nuts tho! Ahhhhhh!! Anyone have any tips on how to survive?!

This is my first time working on Black Friday at my job and I don't know what to expect. I've been warned about the long hours and rude customers, but do people really fight and argue? What are the best or worst situations you have seen working in retail on Black Friday?
