I've been in leadership for over 20 years in the behavioral health industry. I left a company after 11 years to join another as the Executive Director of Mental Health. After 4 months the company decided my position was a financial burden. They decided to merge 2 programs and eliminate my job. I can't believe they would do this! And to top it off, since I wasn't there long enough, they offered no severance.
