I had all the tools to do my job . I saw the signs of eminent failure , but after you've worked at a place for over 10 yrs. It's a tough point to leave , you get the sense that your safe , but soon learn there is no longer a secure or safe job anymore.

My advice to people interested in working at #CarterFuelSystems as a #Set-up/OperatePlasticMoldingMachines/Assembler ...

Their not hiring, actually their laying off. They're down sizing people and have dropped their after market business. Competition with China. Cheaper prices is what is hurting the business end, but you get what you pay for too.
