I was in Revenue Cycle, great job until the last years, someone thought moving Managed Medicare, managed Ma , and Commercial accounts would be good, instead of letting a group become experts in each area. Much dissatisfaction, I became a Supervisor in that area and had Managers that were not supportive and nit picked and created an atmosphere of letting people go for various reasons, I was put on a PIP and I asked to step down as I was near age 65, InDecember 2020 manager agreed and said I could, as I questioned when she said she would work on it, Jan 2021 she blindsided me saying they could not let me step down as no position open and because of covid, they could not request one, she lied to me, I would not recommend working in this area. #set up

My advice to people interested in working at #CarterFuelSystems as a #Set-up/OperatePlasticMoldingMachines/Assembler ...

Their not hiring, actually their laying off. They're down sizing people and have dropped their after market business. Competition with China. Cheaper prices is what is hurting the business end, but you get what you pay for too.
