You are able to interact with different clients of different classes, some harsh, some cool and others very friendly. That will build your customer relationship very strong and get to know how to handle them differently.

Since no one lucks mistake it was my first time to perform a duty to a client, I had not done it before. I was a burial programme which was to be designed and printed. I did it very well and did my printing, little did i know that I had written the wrong name of the deceased. After I had finished printing I found that the name was wrongly spelt, the client was angry and she had already paid for the work. Though the work was very tiresome i was forced to re-do the work again and fixed the problem and all was well done.

I did a no call no show only one time an the manager fired me. She didn't let me explain what happened just fired .

That its a good place to work at you have to be ready to work hard but the people are very nice.
