the best thing i enjoyed working at Leconet was that I would interacted with different people whom some were very friendly. some who shared their experience with me which made me to be focused to achieve my dreams. Others were very talkative which made me get to know how to make friends. It also made me to know how to work in different organisation with different job title if only I become focused and hardworking.

Anyone looking for a job at Leconet out there I would advice him/ her that, Leconet is the one of the best company to work with. You are able to interact with different clients of different classes, some harsh, some cool and others very friendly. That will build your customer relationship very strong and get to know how to handle them differently.

Since no one lucks mistake it was my first time to perform a duty to a client, I had not done it before. I was a burial programme which was to be designed and printed. I did it very well and did my printing, little did i know that I had written the wrong name of the deceased. After I had finished printing I found that the name was wrongly spelt, the client was angry and she had already paid for the work. Though the work was very tiresome i was forced to re-do the work again and fixed the problem and all was well done.

The day that was very stress full was that, one day I had a project for a client which was very urgent. The client left the work to do it within the next 2 hours and she was to submit to her organisation and it was deadline. I did the work very well and finished in time, but the problem was that, when it came the time of printing the project my machines started different problems to a point of not working at all. I was very stressed since I had everything possible to restore my machine but all was in vain. the client was very stressed too and got angry with me. I had nothing to do since the machine refused to work and the time was almost gone. I decided to call a machine operator to fix the problem which it took almost three hours. The client got angry and left, but after the machine was ready, I called her and asked if she could come since the machine is ready. She came i did the printing and the work was well done and she was able to submit it.

The time that one of my co-worker made me angry was that, we had a work to do for a client which was very urgent and we were to finish it next day very early in the morning. Then my co-worker came very late and the owner of the work came ten minutes later after my co-worker had reported, the client found that the work was not finished and he got furious to me to a point of leaving the work halfway done and he could not pay for the work since I was the one to manage the work . I used my own ways to make him comedown and assured him in the next ten minute the work will be done, the client could not listen but I insisted to him till he finally agreed and settled to see whether I will do what I had promised to him. I did my best and finished in time, he was very happy at the end and left very happy.

I Loved working at Leconet since the work was so good, I could interact with different clients which made me have more experience in handling clients of efferent classes.I was also introduced to good communication skills with clients.
