Everything.... My job, the people I worked with... The people I worked around....

A co-worker was on vacation. A week after he returned, my "boss" jumped on me for not having some paperwork signed while co-worker was gone. I informed 'boss' that I filled out the paperwork, so while I signed it, I couldn't sign to verify that it was filled out. Told him that if he came out of his office once in a while and knew what was going on, he would have known was needed to be signed or not. Explained that I did my job. It's not my responsibility to make sure he does his job. He got mad and slammed his office door. (I've been there 34 years, he's been there 2 years. He doesn't like women that won't agree with him. We've barely spoken since, which is fine with me.)

First of all, I still work for them. They pay a hourly wage plus commission , not many sales positions work this way.

Do your best .work together

Used my military training g n time management

I was hired as an administrator but worked often as a nurse to relieve my staff. This meant I was constantly doing double duty keeping up my responsibilities while holding down the fort. This created wear and tear on my health and I was exempt which meant I was not compensated for all the extra hours I put in working as the staff nurse and administrator. However,of our all the hard work paid off. Where we once had 0 on some audit scores our scores shot up to 100%. This pleases me in my efforts in attempting to pull the team together to shine:)

I loved the way CCS allowed me to do nursing my way while managing and evaluating the healthcare delivery system in accordance with state and local regulations.

It is a fun place to work, but the hours sucked, We only got paid for 70 hours every two weeks, but then we would get paid in the summer. But you just didn't make any money.

I love being around the kids and our school was K-5. They need you to be there for them and I don't have any of my own so I had my school. Cambridge City Schools was a good place to work, I enjoyed my job very much and the only I left is because I wanted to move back to PA to be closer to my brother and extended family around this area.
