Feeling quite down today, like a complete failure. As my car financing company calls again and I swipe left for not having anything to give. I put my nose in my Bible and pray that this too shall pass. I cry, get mad, then cry again. Why isn't there a way for honest people that really need help to get help. I see these people that are homeless walking down the street pushing a shopping cart full of everything that means anything to them and I wonder, is that going to be me? I used to wonder how did they get to that point but unfortunately I believe I know now that some people just don't get a chance to excel. Rather it be because of a bad decision they made many years ago, they didn't know the right people, or if their parents just forgot to teach them. I must admit that I am running low on hope. I need a chance just a chance and I can do the rest. But I don't know what I don't know so I can't figure out why this is happening. I Can Do The Job
The reality many hiring managers face in today’s labor market is finding qualified candidates. Qualified meaning someone who knows how to do the job in an efficient manner without jeopardizing quality.
Being someone with a tainted past can be an advantage if.... we can show we are capable of doing the job. Why? Because there seems to be a shortage of people who are capable of doing the job without a tainted past.
If we take on this mindset, there really isn't too many jobs we can't do. How? We learn how to do the job before we apply for the job. Though we can't list it on our resume as "Work Experience," we can list it on our resume as "Skills." This is the Age of Information and there's nothing we cannot learn how to do.... Nothing.
If you're struggling to secure employment above poverty-level wages the traditional way, this may be something to give you that edge, that fair chance to succeed.
Find the job you want, without regard for experience or knowledge, learn how to do the job right, and apply.
Seem a bit far-fetched? Perhaps, but think of it this way: No one knows how to do any job until they learn it. And, if one person can do something, another person can as well. We are all created equal. Lastly, what do you have to lose?..... #fair #chance #succeed

I was accepted for a home job before but my husband didn't trust the company and i kept asking God for a job that is enough for me and now i got hired for another home job so i think its a sign that God want me to know that a homejob is good enough for me and i am thankful for everything. #chance #homejob #bless
I'm just going to start out with this. I'm young, I'm 14 years old, and that is always a job blocker, and some people see me only as an ignorant kid, but I am worthy, I work up to anyone's expectations and I can prove myself, but I need a chance. I have applied for many jobs already and haven't gotten 1. I'm starting high school and I'm trying to save up for my college so my parents wouldn't have to suffer with their debt with their other 4 kids. I went to school for my Associates Degree in (Graphic Design) the school I went to was good but I really didn't get in the needy greedy with with the program because of other classes I didn't really need but had to take. Me myself I believe I'm a good designer not the best but I have enough skill to be dangerous. After I graduated from school I applied to different companies and shops for design but all I was getting was ( you need a bachelor degree, or higher to get this job) the only place that took me in was world's of fun sign shop. I'm blessed I had the experience to work there and learn more. Basically what I'm saying is that I understand that most jobs want the best with skills but sometimes the people they look over is the people who could be a great access to the company. Sometimes you just got to give people a chance who is willing to learn and work hard. Just because we don't have higher degrees doesn't mean we can't be trained and become great.
