It was a horrible place. I was paid purely PERCENTAGE COMMISSION and I had to use my own personal vehicle to do door to door sales. I was involved in an accident and was injured during the crash. The company did not offer or pay for my injuries and they did not cover the costs of the crash under CA law in using my vehicle. They also did not repay for my gas out of my own money that was already percentage pay. The hours were 10+ days M-F not hourly no benefits. The company is purely a third party company that is ran by a man who only pays for drinks during “team nights”

Was applying for the position of a customer care executive in a telecommunication company, this is my dream job as I have a degree in communication, the interview was in 4 stages which includes written, typing test and 3 major oral interviews,it lasted for 7 working days, I found myself in the last stage which is an interview with the MD, it was going on fine till he asked: okay tell me what can you do more than these ones working here already' ? I seems not to understand the question I told him how I'll learn from them and improve on where I see as gap , guess he wasn't okay with this replay ..I didn't get the job ..it got me sad and depressed. but please what's the best answer for this question just in case of another opportunity? And how to also answer the question 'why do you need this job'

Hi I work at a job that it is crucial for good communication and comaradery...yet a coworker gives me the cold shoulder. This person acts like I did something personal to him, yet when I asked if I did something he says no, he is just tired. But he cuts up with every one else on the job. He was once like this with me, but it changed a couple months ago. He barely speaks to me except to order me around. I get that he is one of my supervisors, but to give me the cold shoulder and act like I don’t exist except to order me to do something... I just don’t think it’s right. Any thoughts?

Phoenix was a quality printer with a full service book bindery. The company owner had no problem keeping the factory upgraded with new, State of the Art, equipment. He paid his machine operators $20.00 hourly, to start. Evaluations came twice a year. Everyone that were journey men operators, always got at least $1.75 for yearly increases. I enjoyed the fast pace and high speed ability the new equipment could always produce. I worked from 03/97 till the time the doors had to close. 07/2006. The owner started the company in 1975, and grew it to a 40 million/year business. He had no one to leave the company to. So he sold it for 127 million. A great retirement package. He gave every operator a $10,000 bonus. The very best employment, I was fortunate to have. The internet destroyed much of the print media, There isn't much of the Industry left. I started in the industry in 1983. In 2006 I decided to try to get a business off the ground. I got involved in the HVAC, a commercial pipe insulation venture. Average success and developed a good reputation in the Atlanta down town area. I decided to get away from the continuous inhalation of pink fibers. It's time to start again, With an industry that isn't going to be phased out from technical advancement. I'm only 59 and I have many productive years left.
