I really enjoyed the job but it is an all female staff and because I was the only male I was basically forced out. As time went on I was singled out into having just me on a lunch break just me on my brakes and then eventually my hours being cut. In the midst of all that also because calls are routed from the supervisor to certain people in the room I received less calls making my work progress show as low and if you have low progress your hours get cut and your eventually fired. I did enjoy working with people over the phone and helping them resolve their issues.

The competetion and promotion with such a big and successful organization

My advice to people interested in working at #Convergys as a #BusinessTrainingSpecialist/ResolutionSupervisor/CustomerAdvocate-TierIITechnicalSupport ...
Make it a temp job until you can get another job and if anything slightly better comes up take it. They have no loyalty to their employees and they treat you that way. You will not be promoted for your performance but others will if they are liked better. Sad because it could be a great company tho work for if they had leadership instead of managers.

The people were fantastic. I’m still friends with some of them. The working environment was abysmal. Too small desks, too little information needed to do the job, and a ton of back to back calls.

I would have to say that most of the great advice came from Team Leaders but there were a few fellow employees who gave advice when I was moved from one department to another. They helped me learn the quickest way to get the job done as there were numerous calls coming in.

It was a customer and it was about bad businesspractices by Convergys

I wanted to work at #Convergys because it was easy to get hired in, but that’s only because it’s truly an awful place to work.
I wouldn’t wish working for that place on my worst enemy.

Worked through it and kept a positive attitude to reflex on my team.
