I really need a job.. I'm living in the Irondale area. I've got 18 yrs experience in the machining industry. I can run any manual machine in a shop. No CNC experience.. I also have 20+ yrs experience as a grill cook. I've worked at Cracker Barrel Capt D's Bugerking Wendy's and McDonald's. I was Kitchen manager at McDonald's.I really need a job asap

My advice to you is to have a second job because working there will make you want to quit. Top reasons... always short staff,not enough to cover shift, Lazy staff They pick at a little things that you do And they sit higher standards for you. Too many people that wants to be the boss but not the boss. There are all close friends. So its alot of favoritism Won't talk to you personally but talks about you behind there back. The new management sucks
I been working at the same restaurant for last 10 years cook/ cashier/cleanup... etc I do everything there even a management work And I don’t get paid extra to do it neither. I can’t remember when the last time I got a raises. my boss expects me to do everything and complains about me doing everything wrong the worst part about it I can’t even get one weekend off or there is a big problem. I’m done I am a good worker and reliable honest hard worker. I’m looking for morning full time job
