Enjoyed talking to myself and helping them out with problems taking the groceries in when they couldn't walk I even have to put groceries away for certain people

I enjoyed meeting the railroaders and becoming friends with many of them. Also, I liked most of my coworkers, even though we didn't see each other on a regular basis.

Praising the person (while training them) for grasping so quickly the duties of running the front desk so I could take my lunch breaks or if I needed a fill-in on a sick day; also, praised her on how tactfully and professionally she handled a disgruntled parent. I also encouraged her to apply for a higher position because she was such a quick learner and she deserved it. (She got hired for that position).

Encouraging them, and working with them while we accomplished our goal.

Good atmosphere nice co worker and helpful boss

I motivated my co workers every day I'm a team leader I like to make sure everyone is on the same page feeling good ready to give 100% staying safe respectfully and leave the same way u came it safe back home to family

I'm sorry i left ALLIED but after I've left my last post i wasn't getting any work. I wish I could return. The office staff are outstanding.

Encouraging them to open up more and to not to be as shy. I tell them about my experience from my first day and the first few months of working there so that they know and understand I was in the same place as they are once. I tell them that it’s okay to make mistakes and that they’ll get better at things with practice. I tell them that they’re doing a good job and if they mess up I tell them it’s okay and help them out. I like to motivate people to want to come to work. It’s always better once you build relationships with the people you work with as well which I tell people.

Food for thought: A large part of being a good leader and is the ability to build an outstanding team around you, hiring, mentoring and guiding the team to achieve success both personally and professionally. Finding the right employees with the right mindset is key to moving forward to better performance.
I believe the key to producing successful business is to understand how to cultivate relationships, translate business needs into actionable solutions and empower your team by providing timely information and tools to do their job well.
I believe our ability to create a culture where people can come together to share ideas, solve problems and learn from one another defines the strength of an business, corporation or organization.
When those interactions take place in an environment of inclusivity and collaboration, we will have better experiences and, in turn, employees will perform better…because as a result of those varied inputs and insights, they will become better as a team.
The sky is the limit when we embrace the responsibility to co-create a world where each of us, our communities, and our planet can flourish.
Have an awesome day,
Bobby Glover

So I worked 11 to 8 last night and the two managers decided to get into an argument in front of customers and that caused one supervisor to leave along with her boyfriend who is also an employee. that left us short handed like nothing I've ever seen and caused me to have to stay until 930. I know it's good for my check but should I really be doing a supervisor shift because one of them can't do their job? Totally unprofessional and messed up for them to leave us high and dry like that . I hope she gets reprimanded. And I hope I get a raise for picking up everyone's slack the past week.
