I am getting my Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice at AIU, and I live in Kentucky and I was wondering if anyone knowns of any Law enforcement agencies that do Internships, in Kentucky or Tennessee area?

I am 30 years-old, recently a college graduate from Sacramento State University. No wife, no kids and not enough job experiences in my resume. I can't even get into any police department because I don't have a driver's license, and I have an expired guard card because I was too focused in fooling around at Sac State, avoiding to find a job and just wasting time watching youtube clips, anime and super sentai and Power Rangers. I can't even make my own stepfather happy by bringing home some money, or starting a family of my own or be able to afford a place of my home because I did not want to have a job since God knows when. Now, my stepfather is gonna kick me out in the streets if I don't shape up and just get a government that is related to my field in Criminal Justice and to make matters worse, I have a bachelors' degree in tgat same major, but I don't utilize it to help me get a job.
I just want to get out of this nightmare and just make my parents happy by having a job, a nice home and a family. But how can I if I don't apply myself to at least find a good masters' program and be able to afford to pay for my classes.
What exactly do you think should I have done to fix all of this?

I have a bachelors degree in criminal justice unless you are willing to get a Masters you will just be an underpaid probation office. I feel like it was a waste of my time. I've worked in social services for 30 years and now I'm done with it. But what do I do now for a living. Social services just sucks the life out of you and you are always underpaid.

I studied Criminal Justice and I learned about perpetrators and how some make actions based on their childhood and personal background. I did a project on a serial killer while enrolled in these criminal justices courses. His name was Pedro Alonso Lopez, he raped and killed over 300 little girls between the age of 7-12. He would take their innocence because he was raped and had his innocence taken at the age of 8 and so he thought he would do the same to as many young girls as he could. I believe he was a very disturbed man. Although his background made sense to his action, it was no excuse for what he did. I learned about how things can encourage a criminal to do the act that they have committed.

Just finished school in January with my bachelor's in criminal justice and be the next big step is to get into my field

Help me please, It seem like I look for jobs for nothing, I have a BS in Criminal Justice GPA 3.9 (2012). I just can't catch a break. I'm 39 and definitely not getting younger. I live in Virginia.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Family and Youth. I'm looking for an opportunity in the Lehigh Valley of Pa. I have experience as a Residential Counselor and also a Bachelor's Level Therapist.

My twins graduated last May, 2015 from SUNY Albany. My daughter has a BA (Magna Cum Larda)in Criminal Justice and my son has a BS in Biology. Both have yet to find a job in their respective fields and are working part-time jobs not related to their schooling. My daughter just announced she is thinking of becoming a school teacher but I feel she is just settling and believe she has the brains and gusto to do something in the Criminal Justice field. However, all jobs she looks at requires experience and a masters. Does anyone know of companies looking for an entry level really smart young women in the nyc area needing a college grad? Also, my son has gone on a dozen interviews and he is told if he had just a little experience he would be perfect. Again, he has a BS in Biology and wants to do research in biology for curing diseases. I know this field is open but again, companies require experience which he does not have. Currently he is working as a Dental Assistant but does not really like this field. Does anyone know of any companies looking for a young, eager, energic 23 year old who is smart and wants to learn and produce cures for science? Any help you can give will be pasted on to my kids. Thanks for your time reading this.

Good morning everyone,
My name is Bianca Hardy. For the past three years I have been looking for a job in my field. I graduated with my Associates Degree in criminal justice in 2014. I've been having trouble doing applications for the prison and juvenile detention centers. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, is there away someone can help me? I would greatly appreciate it.

I am going on vacation in July, but I also have my Masters Degree in Criminal Justice, and have been researching jobs before I leave. Should I apply for jobs knowing that I will be leaving for a vacation in the latter half of July or wait until I return to apply?
