The hardest thing was dealing with unprofessional people they did not put dates on products things were often found Moded in the fridgerator or the display case there was no space to work because it was such a mess and disposable products that's supposed to be thrown in the garbage was often used over and over and over again Cakes were also made about five days in advance from the customers pick up date which set out on the rack instead of being put into a refrigerator so the cakes are not fresh when you pick it up it was a horrible experience

The pay is decent. If you don't have any history with the company and aren't looking for much advancement, it may be a good fit. Beware favoritism and independent thought. Tow the line and you will be rewarded.

latite Roofing is not a bad place to work the only thing bad about latite Roofing they do not want to give you raises they say after probation on. You're supposed to get a raise but that is a lie you will work until they feel like you deserve one even if you do good work you still may have to wait a full year before you receive a raise latite Roofing hires people that can't even work in America they have no social security cards or identification I've been two jobs that we've been turned away from because none of the workers can go inside of the building because none of the workers have proper identification latite Roofing is run by Mexican crew chiefs and I only like Mexican people if you are white or black if you do not speak Spanish you do not want to work at latite Roofing it's almost funny to say but latite Roofing is a racist place you can have no job skill at all you can never have driven for a company at all but if you are Spanish descent are Mexican you will Thrive at latite any other race is pushed to the side and every crew drinks alcohol beer and literally I witnessed people snorting cocaine while working on a roof
