My advice to people interested in working at #PilotTravelCenters as a #CustomerCareRepresentative ...
Just do your job.Dont socialize w co workers. And unless your boss says otherwise,do what your paid to do.Not what others do..BIG LESSON

Was trusting my coworkers had my best interest at heart..I was accused Falsely (NEVER FACTUAL OR NEVER PROVEN)of the things 2 coworkers were actually doing.I was innocent. But,I should have told on them..I didnt and they won.I miss Pilot

That management has changed and it is not the same as it was 15 yrs ago.

When I first started selling I sold a customer a 4 pin cfl ballast instead of a 2 pin ballast.

Go for it! You will not regret this decision. Not only will you have an opportunity to work in customer service you will also have an opportunity to maybe explore and expand your career choice in other capacities. It's a win win experience.

I will gladly say to him/her , it's a field where you acquire more knowledge, where your tolerance level will be high, gain more experience, focused, dedication and also an organization where you will be prepared ahead

Move on with the company and build your career. It is a place to be.
