I was working my shift at Family Dollar and I had a really nice customer that told me to keep my chin up. I was smiling so I asked her how she knew? She said she sensed it and wanted me to keep going. My uncle has been very ill and we are not sure he is going to make it home from the hospital so I've been a little down lately. It was nice to have a kind customer. I really enjoy my job and wish more people would be caring in this world. Am I right?

I made working for #McDonald’s a good experience by

The number one way I make McDonald’s a good work experience is by not allowing anything to get to me personally. There will always be rude customers, but don’t allow it to effect you because half of the time they’re really stupid. Another way is by always keeping a smile on your face it’ll make others feel better. Last but not least keep friends or people you talk to at the job it’ll make your days better. Always laughing will make your day better.

I work at Wayfair doing customer service. Been here for just a little bit. Somedays I have tough customers like if someone can't figure out how to do a return or they didn't receive a refund or worse their package is lost and they call us. It's my job to make their experience a good one. So far no one has yelled at me and I am hoping to keep it this way. Any tips on how to be a good CS rep?? I really want to be great at this job.

I had an older gentleman on my Delta flight last week that was really, really, really nervous about flying. During my years as a flight attendant, I have seen that a lot but this poor guy was freaked out. The seat next to him was empty so I asked if he wanted someone to sit with him and he said I could. We talked it out, he got a drink and before we knew it we were landing. It felt good to help him out.

I started working part-time for Dollar Tree to make a little extra money and I have to say it's a good job. Most annoying part? When people ask how much things are in the store. I just try to be polite and help them, but I guess it's a little funny that some people don't know that everything at Dollar Tree is in fact A dollar.
