Hi everybody, I just have some questions regarding my new manager making me only work 4 days a week, when in my schedule it’s supposed to be 5 days... he would give me lots of work to finish for four days, which means I get overtime because of that.. I am also given more extra work than my coworkers which only do light jobs in the laboratory but as for me before doing those light jobs I have to some heavy equipment stuff but he keeps comparing me to them. I don’t complain to him about the workload or how heavy the stuffs are but he gets on my nerves when he complains about me getting overtime.. when in fact I got hired by the old manager and the director that the employee they’re seeking will be sure not just finish 8 hours a day but more and I accepted the offer .... but now the new manager is giving me the same workload and then when I’m pass my 40 hour schedule he gives me an unscheduled day off... Is my right as an employee being violated??
