Learn as much as you possibly can about the job!

Not being able to work anymore.

If you can work short staffed and not enough nursing staff Is say ok. But you have to put your job on hold to help nursing and then you got in trouble. To me it's not worth it.

Trusting the administration. We had no administrator and had to rely on a step in one. It was horrible.

I'm a hard worker.and care for what I do

I would advise them to seek employment else where,
