They are all stressful. There are no good days. Some are just less stressful than others. Managers and DM's are micro-managed on an hourly, daily, weekly basis depending on what the upper leadership determines to be the hottest thing at that particular moment in time. A DM spends more time on conference calls being threatened and berated than there is time to even address what ever the they perceive the problem is at that particular moment. There is zero trust.......
Run for your life. Do not get sucked in. They are a very cut throat group. The work environment is TOXIC, even on it's best day. They work their managers, DM's and hourly staff to death and they are never satisfied. They run the business like a laundry sweat shop and have no moral compass.
Accepting the position. This company is very dishonest and do not honor commitments. They are extremely cut throat and are a complete joke.
Run from this company. Worst job experience I have ever had in my 30 plus years by far. They are cut throat, arrogant and their corporate culture is horrible. There is no level of trust and they do not honor commitments. Wasted two years of my career that I wish I had back.
It was bad very bad they would always mess my pay check up they would take forever to the employee's their raise even knowing that we were in the union and in a union building
